Insane aquarium or Insaniquarium, by Popcap games can be quite an addictive game, with an out and out wacky concept. In this game, you are the owner of an aquarium and as in all aquariums you are supposed to feed the fishes and look after them. That’s where all similarity with reality ends, completely. The fishes grow by eating food, they reward you with silver and gold coins, which you add, up and buy upgrades. Your fish can also be attached by aliens, who teleport into your aquarium and eat your fish. This is a weird game.

The deluxe version is quite a bit better than the web only version. You can play this game on full screen with the fishes being much bigger as are the monsters that inhabit the insane aquarium. The coolest thing about the insane aquarium in the deluxe version is the tank mode. In tank mode, you can buy special fish and give them names. These fish roam swim around in a tank, and you can also use this as a screensaver function, so when your computer is idle, the insaniquarium loads and you will be able to observe your favourite fish swimming around in your aquarium.
